FLX Community HQ brings together what a FiveM community needs: whitelist applications with Discord login, live server status, rules, changelog, downloads and notifications. We set the site up and run it; all you do is look after the content.

What you get
Every module is finished and gets configured for your server — matched to one another and ready to use, with no page builder involved.
Live server status
Shows the online status and player count of your FiveM server, plus a countdown to the next restart.
Rules
Your complete set of rules as a searchable module with categories and sections you can link to directly.
Changelog
Server updates documented in chronological order, so your players can look up changes at any time.
Downloads
An area for files such as mod packs or graphics packages, each with a description and a version number.
Notifications
A bell with history and toast messages for news, for example new changelog entries or an application status.
GDPR equipment
Cookie banner, locally hosted fonts, locally stored avatars. Pages for the legal notice and the privacy policy are prepared.
Light / dark
Your players switch between a light and a dark design; the choice is stored locally in the browser.
White-Label
Your logo, your accent colour, your address. No third-party branding appears on your site.
Operation included
Hosting, updates, security patches and backups are on us. You only look after your content.
From order to finished site
Order
You fill in the order form and pay right here on the site — credit card, PayPal, SEPA Direct Debit or Klarna. That completes the order.
We set it up
We set your site up at your-server.flx-development.com : logo, accent colour, modules and the Discord connection.
Handover
You get the credentials and look after the content from then on. Operation, updates and backups stay with us.
What you need to bring
- A current browser — that is all it takes to look after the site.
- For the whitelist module: a Discord server on which you have administrator rights. Without that access, roles cannot be assigned automatically.
- For the live server status: a FiveM server reachable from the outside.
- For the Pro plan with your own domain: a domain you have already registered and whose DNS records you can change.
- For the legal notice and the privacy policy: the content. The pages are prepared, you supply the text. You are the controller for your site under data protection law — we provide the data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR, but we do not give legal advice.
On exporting your content: When the contract ends you get your content — text, rules, changelog, images and uploads — as a ZIP archive containing a JSON export and all uploaded files. The software, design and modules of the application are not part of the export; running the website on your own infrastructure is therefore not possible.

Der Preis ist ein Endpreis: Small business under section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) — prices do not include VAT. Cancellable monthly, no minimum term. Payment is taken as you order — by credit card, PayPal, SEPA Direct Debit or Klarna.
The statutory rights in respect of defects in digital products apply (sections 327 et seq. BGB). For the duration of the contract we provide updates, including security updates, that are necessary to keep the product in conformity with the contract (section 327f BGB).
Frequently asked questions
Do I need hosting or a domain of my own?
No. Your site runs entirely on our infrastructure at your-server.flx-development.com.
A domain of your own (for example your-server.de) is optional on the Pro plan; we handle connecting it.
Who owns the content?
You do. Everything you put in (text, rules, images, logo) remains yours. On cancellation you can request an export of your content.
Who is legally responsible for the site?
You are responsible for the content of your site (legal notice, rules, text, images). Pages for the legal notice and the privacy policy are prepared technically; you supply the text yourself — we do not give legal advice. For the processing of data we provide a data processing agreement. We are responsible for running the technology (hosting, updates, backups).
What happens if I cancel?
Your site goes offline at the end of the term. Before that you can request an export of your content. The data is deleted afterwards.
How quickly will my site be online?
We start setting things up as soon as your payment arrives. Once we have your logo and your preferred colour, your site is usually online within three working days. If those details are not yet available, the period starts when they reach us. We agree the exact date with you by e-mail.
